Appreciation for Service
The Faribault Foundation extended sincere appreciation to these four individuals for their service on the Board of Directors.

Dick Kettering was on the founding board of the Faribault Foundation in 1999 and has served continuously since then. His role as Secretary assured the proper record keeping of the board's actions over the years. Dick has retired from his long time career with Shattuck St. Mary's and believes this is a good time to make room for new board members for the Foundation. Dick will remain active as an advisor to the Faribault Foundation and will help with special projects as they come along.
Pat Rice served on for board for three terms. (six years.) She stepped up as board chair for two years. Pat's connections and knowledge of the community make her a terrific resource. The Foundation is grateful that she intends to stay connected as an advisor and provide support and annual donations to the Foundation.
Donna Crowl served as a director on the board for 6 years. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude help make the message board a great success last summer. Donna also was on the planning committee for the 100 Women who Care event held last fall. Although she is taking a break from board meetings, we are glad she will continue to assist the Foundation in the future.
Deb Korman served one term on the board of directors. Her expertise helped us get organized for changes that are coming in 2022. We are grateful for her service to this board and know we can count on her assistance in the future as well.
